Senior Manager, Real World Data Strategy

Role: Senior Manager, Real-World Data (RWD) Strategy at Bristol Myers Squibb, overseeing end-to-end RWD initiatives to democratize data access, accelerate innovation, and enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities: lead RWD project execution, integrate AI/ML tools into workflows, evaluate and onboard external data sources, develop scalable data products, and ensure data governance and quality. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Data, Epidemiology or related; 4-5 years in data analytics, real-world evidence, or consulting; hands-on experience with RWD sources (claims, EHR, biomarker); proficiency in SQL, R/Python, cloud environments (Databricks, AWS); demonstrated use of AI tools like Claude Code; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: Master's (MPH, MBA, Biostatistics, Data Science).
