Senior Manager, R&D Data, Data Science, and AI – Digital Health for Neuropsychiatry

Role: Senior Manager in R&D Data Science & AI focusing on digital health for neuropsychiatry within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine. Objectives: advance digital health innovation, develop novel digital endpoints, and support neuropsychiatric treatment development. Responsibilities: lead digital health strategy by partnering cross-functionally; monitor emerging neuropsychiatry digital technologies; design and validate AI/ML models for patient stratification, endpoints, and trial optimization; develop multimodal data integration approaches; contribute to regulatory evidence packages; ensure compliance with global data standards; collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and external partners to embed digital tools into clinical trials. Qualifications: PhD/MD in neuroscience, psychology, biomedical engineering, or related field; 6+ years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare data science, with expertise in digital health tools, biomarkers, neuropsychiatry, and longitudinal modeling; experience supporting regulatory submissions and digital solution integration in clinical trials; strong leadership and communication skills.
