Senior Manager, R&D Data, Data Science, and AI – Digital Health for Neuropsychiatry

Role: Senior Manager in R&D Data Science and AI focusing on digital health applications for neuropsychiatry within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Responsibilities: lead digital health strategy development, oversee innovation in neuropsychiatric digital endpoints and tools, apply advanced statistical and machine learning models to digital health data, and facilitate integration of multimodal data sources for patient insights. Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and external partners to validate and support regulatory qualification of digital measures. Requirements: PhD, MD, or equivalent in neuroscience, psychiatry, biomedical engineering, or related; 6+ years in healthcare analytics, clinical development, or digital health, with proven experience in neuropsychiatry and digital biomarker development.
