Senior Manager, R&D Data, Data Science, and AI – Digital Health for Neuropsychiatry

Role: Senior Manager in R&D Data, Data Science, and AI focusing on digital health innovations in neuropsychiatry within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Responsibilities: lead digital health strategy development, monitor emerging neuropsychiatry technologies (digital phenotyping, remote assessment, passive sensing), and develop digital endpoints and tools using AI/ML, modeling, and longitudinal analytics to support patient stratification and trial optimization. Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, academic, and technology partners to generate evidence supporting regulatory qualification, ensure compliance with data standards, and integrate digital solutions into clinical trials. Develop multimodal data approaches combining digital health data with imaging and biomarkers, and contribute to scientific and regulatory submissions. Requirements: PhD, MD, or equivalent in neuroscience, psychology, biomedical engineering, data science, or related field; 6+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, clinical development, or digital health technologies, with expertise in neuropsychiatry, digital endpoints, and biomarker validation. Preferred skills include advanced analytics, predictive modeling, cross-functional collaboration, understanding of data privacy/regulatory standards, and digital strategy. The role involves onsite work in one of several US locations with occasional travel.
