Senior Manager, Promotional Review Operations

Role: Senior Manager of Promotional Review Operations overseeing the end-to-end workflow for promotional and non-promotional materials within a biopharma setting focused on bladder cancer therapeutics. Responsibilities: manage PRC review processes, ensure compliance and accuracy, coordinate with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, lead process improvements, and maintain audit readiness. Key tasks include facilitating review meetings, tracking submissions, enforcing governance standards, evolving SOPs and systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats), and supporting claims/content lifecycle management aligned with labeling and safety updates. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Business, or related; 5–8+ years in pharma/biotech supporting or managing promotional review processes; experience with review systems and governance models; strong cross-functional influence and organizational skills.
