Position Summary
Independently and proactively leads a matrixed cross-functional medical project team within Cell Therapy Medical as a strategic/operational portfolio partner for the medical lead. Supports identifying, planning, risk identification/mitigation, and delivering portfolio priorities and workstreams (e.g., asset indication medical meetings, medical planning, budget management, congress activities, Ad Board planning, portfolio governance/decision making).

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate development, execution, and strategic reviews of Medical Plans aligned to TA portfolio objectives; support multidisciplinary groups to meet milestones.
- Oversee AIMs (Asset Indication Medical) Team meeting operations: organize, manage, communicate project portfolio; prepare agendas, align materials/presenters, capture minutes, track action items/decisions/next steps; ensure cross-functional representation; maintain SharePoint documentation.
- Support S&O and LT (LT meetings, quarterly business reviews, budget reduction scenario planning).
- Maintain medical plans; manage cross-functional dependencies; provide transparency; create project plans and progress reports.
- Track performance, identify risks/barriers, and resolve issues with teams/leadership.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting (trade-offs; annual budget, monthly projections, accruals, variance analysis, future-year planning).
- Support congress management, EMCoE, and Corporate Giving.
- Provide PM expertise for cross-functional initiatives (tasks, resources, timelines, objectives).
- Identify and implement process improvements to evolve the Operations function.
- Build stakeholder relationships (Development, HEOR, Commercial, Medical) to drive strategic alignment.
- Manage distribution lists and disseminate key communications.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years in pharmaceutical research, development, or commercialization (science background strongly recommended); advanced degree (MS/MBA) a plus.
- Strong understanding of drug development/commercialization.
- Project management foundation; matrix management, budget management, metrics, and leadership communication.
- Strong written/oral communication; manage competing priorities.
- Lead/engage in complex scientific discussions; create and execute clear action plans.
- Relationship-building; cross-division collaboration; comfortable with ambiguity; change/innovation in a matrix.
- Experience in drug development/commercialization, healthcare, and clinical trial management is a plus.

Compensation/Benefits (explicitly stated)
- Starting compensation range: $122,910–$148,938 (Madison-Giralda, NJ and Princeton, NJ).
