Responsibilities (Senior Manager, Project Management):
- Lead multiple high-complexity cross-functional process improvement and/or Technical Commercialization projects/programs at the manufacturing site.
- Lead project planning (approach, activities, schedule); align stakeholders on requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Define and track project goals/benefit KPIs aligned to site strategy; measure impact/value delivered.
- Plan/secure resources; manage budgets and regular reporting (with finance/project engineering).
- Develop and manage detailed schedules; coordinate execution to complete deliverables on time and in alignment with Quality standards.
- Create integrated timelines aligned with Global timelines; perform critical path analysis for risks/opportunities.
- Run workshops/meetings; document outcomes via notes, risk/issue logs, and action item logs.
- Identify risks, develop contingency plans; control changes to scope/timeline with sponsors/governing bodies.
- Prepare/deliver status updates and presentations to portfolio systems and stakeholders.
- Lead planning/communications for cutovers to ensure regulatory and cGMP compliance.
- Conduct lessons learned; coach org/junior team members; use lean tools (process mapping, visual management, value stream mapping).
- Maintain PMO methodology/procedure/governance standardization and promote PM best practices.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Business or related field.
- 8+ years biotech/pharmaceutical operations experience; proven track record supporting numerous and large cross-functional projects.
- Project management skills across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closure; predictive/waterfall experience.
- Proficient with Outlook, Teams, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio; OnePlan a plus.
- Cell therapy experience a plus; PMP certification a plus.
- Knowledge of financial/operational/business principles; strong facilitation, change management, analytical thinking, and communication.
- Able to work in lab/manufacturing spaces with PPE; up to 5% travel.
