Senior Manager, Project Management, Cell Therapy Manufacturing

Role: Senior Manager, Project Management at Bristol Myers Squibb's Cell Therapy manufacturing site, leading cross-functional projects to enhance operations supporting innovative CAR-T cancer treatments. Responsibilities: develop and execute project plans for large initiatives such as site readiness for product trials, technology implementations, system upgrades, and process changes; manage stakeholder alignment, resource allocation, scheduling, risk mitigation, and communication; oversee project closures and operational handoffs, while promoting project management best practices. Skills: proficient in project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Smartsheet), strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities; PMP certification highly desirable.
