Senior Manager, Project Management (Malvern, PA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee project execution following IDEA and FPX, ensuring deliverables meet safety, cost, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
- Implement project execution plan methodology to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project planning, tracking, and reporting against FPOs.
- Manage customer interactions, contractor relationships, and communications to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee project portfolios across diverse sites (IM or MD), delivering per organizational KPIs.
- Oversee/support other project leads and step in as Senior Project Lead when required.
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement in project management processes.
- Lead project teams, enforce safety protocols, and foster collaboration with regional stakeholders.
- Serve as primary point of contact for project integration of technical, financial, and operational aspects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (required).
- 10+ years relevant experience in engineering, project management, or manufacturing, with operational excellence and team leadership.
- Experience managing projects/programs in a regulated manufacturing environment (planning, execution, compliance).
- Strong knowledge of FDA-regulated manufacturing processes (design, startup, operational phases).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on time and within budget.
- Experience managing project/operational budgets, resource planning, and forecasting.
Preferred:
- Project Management certification or degree.
- Familiar with Front-End Loading Best Practices.
- LEED AP certification.
Other:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint.
- Up to 25–50% domestic/international travel.
