Senior Manager, Project Controls - Global Engineering and Project Delivery

Role: Senior Manager, Project Controls overseeing cost management, risk management, and governance for pharmaceutical capital projects, including facility construction, process equipment installation, technology transfer, and manufacturing build-outs. Responsibilities: ensure budget integrity, forecasting accuracy, risk visibility, and compliance; lead project controls team; manage cost baselines, forecasts, and earned value management; establish and lead risk management processes; oversee schedule integration and governance stage-gate compliance; produce reporting for leadership and stakeholders; escalate risks related to equipment, regulatory timelines, and supply chain constraints; align controls with cGMP standards. Requirements: 8–12+ years in project controls within regulated pharma/biotech manufacturing environments; strong knowledge of cGMP and capital governance frameworks; proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Primavera P6, MS Project; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management or related field; PMP or similar certifications preferred; experience with risk frameworks (Monte Carlo, etc.) and managing project controls teams advantageous.
