Senior Manager, Program Management

Role: Senior Manager of Program Management supporting R&D programs at CRISPR Therapeutics, focusing on gene editing, cell, and gene therapy modalities. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams in discovery, preclinical, CMC, and early clinical development; develop strategic plans, monitor milestones, facilitate communication across departments, manage risks, and ensure timely execution of projects. Represent the program to senior management and drive organizational alignment. Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with an advanced degree; proven leadership in biologics or gene therapy development; proficiency in project management tools; strong scientific understanding of genome editing and cell/gene therapy biology; excellent communication skills. Preferred: PMP certification, experience with gene editing, RNA, LNP delivery, and IND/CTA filings.
