How you will contribute:
- Lead and execute the annual professional engagement plan, including thought leader identification, development, and engagement.
- Partner with brand/provider marketing leads to develop peer-to-peer content aligned to brand messaging and franchise strategy.
- Identify market trends and stakeholder insights to inform strategic choices and investment planning.
- Gain concept approval, recruit and develop content/discussion guides, and execute advisory boards and consultant meetings.
- Recommend and/or manage the speaker bureau program in adherence to all policies.
- Manage and execute symposia or product theatres at regional and national congresses.
- Manage the KOL engagement platform to track engagements and organize insights with enterprise alignment.
- Manage budget and measure program/tactic performance; provide annual budget forecasts, open POs, track spend, perform monthly accruals/invoicing, and update forecasts.
- Track initiatives against annual plan commitments; define and measure KPIs.
- Partner with legal/regulatory/ethics & compliance for compliant activities; manage promotional tactics through internal review/approval process.
- Manage external agencies and consultants/contractors.
- Serve as backup for team members as needed.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bio, Marketing, Strategy, and/or Business Administration preferred); advanced degree highly preferred.
- 7+ years in marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare system/provider experience in biopharma.
- Experience developing thought-leader engagement plans/KOL management.
- Experience with Speaker Bureau strategy, training, speaker programs, and regional/national symposia execution.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, influence without authority, organization, communication, prioritization, analytical/problem-solving, and financial management.
- 25–40% travel; travel to Cambridge, MA at least once every 2 months; possible weekend/international travel.
