Role: Senior Manager, Conferences and HCP & Patient Engagement, leading strategy and execution of external congresses, conferences, and engagement programs within a pharmaceutical setting. Responsibilities: develop annual strategies aligned with company priorities; oversee congress planning, vendor management, and post-event analysis; manage HCP and patient speaker programs from identification to measurement; ensure compliance with industry regulations; define KPIs, manage budgets, and optimize processes; lead cross-functional teams and external agencies.
