Responsibilities:
- Partner with commercial teams to align technology with business priorities
- Shape product roadmaps for CRM and related sales platforms
- Translate business needs into functional designs, testing, and deployment plans
- Guide solutions across Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
- Build cases, estimates, and benefit analysis for key initiatives
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance
- Support training and communications to strengthen adoption and end-user effectiveness
- Explore AI capabilities to enhance commercial technology and actionable insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in Pharma or Biotech IT focused on commercial technology solutions
- Proven experience in product management and IT project leadership, including partner engagement and governance
- Hands-on knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
- Strong understanding of data integration and MDM within CRM ecosystems
Preferred skills/experience:
- Experience with PromoMats, Informatica, Snowflake, Tableau
- Advanced degree
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and Agentic AI principles
