Senior Manager, Product Management

Role Summary

Senior Manager, Product Management at BeOne Medicines Ltd. Responsible for the digital product vision, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, aligning with company strategy and enabling operational efficiencies and critical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business to define the digital product vision and strategy. Understand internal technical capabilities
• Identify product with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Understand R&D stakeholders‚Äô needs, translate into detailed requirements and executable tasks and create buy-in for the product vision internally with PMDI and DSE teams and with key stakeholders
• Work closely with engineering teams and project manager to deliver quick prototypes, release plans, and allocate resources
• Identify product definition compared to industry landscape and perform build versus buy analysis
• Assess changes in business needs and adapt product direction and mitigate risks
• Act as a leader within the company
• Partner with business function to drive change management and adoption of the digital solutions
• Develop intuitive visualizations, dashboards, KPI scorecards, charts, and graphs using BI tools
• Build advanced UI/UX for software solutions
• Understand customer experience, fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth; leverage predictive analytics for actionable insights and KPIs
• Understand clinical and operational data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse data sources using SQL and cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to build dynamic data engineering solutions
• Collaborate on product launches including branding, education and demos

Qualifications

• A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and business acumen in relevant function
• Bachelors degree required; Masters or above preferred
• 7+ years in life sciences or healthcare discipline
• Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills to set product goals and initiatives
• Problem sensitivity and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and lead stakeholders and team members
• Familiar with agile methodology and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments
• Strong research and analytic skills
• Good delegation and prioritization skills
