      Role Summary
 The Senior Manager, Product & Pipeline Communications (PPC) plays a pivotal role in strengthening and protecting the reputation of Regeneron and our medicines through science-driven, patient-centered communications. This role supports U.S. and global communications for several disease areas of Regeneron’s inflammation and immunology portfolio. The role reports into the Director and communications lead for Respiratory/GI/Allergy and is part of the Corporate Affairs team. The candidate should have deep experience in multi-platform, insight-driven communications programs, including data communications, branded campaigns, disease state awareness, and thought leadership programs that educate patients and healthcare professionals. Experience with co-promoted medicines and biotech/pharmaceutical therapies across disease areas is favorable.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  - Lead creative programs to reach key stakeholders using media, digital/social media, and strategic partnerships with organizations and influencers/content creators
 
  - Manage product communications around medical congresses, data and regulatory milestones, including press release development, media strategy and outreach
 
  - Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams for collaboration on disease/brand awareness, launch preparedness and post-market engagement programs
 
  - Anticipate and respond to potential issues
 
  - Support internal and external reputation-building efforts, including media engagement
 
  - Serve as a strategic counselor to internal stakeholders, navigate matrixed structures, add value with strategy-driven ideas, and manage agency partners and budget
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
  - Required: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant communications experience, including proven expertise in product and/or pipeline communications
 
  - Preferred: Experience with integrated campaigns based on audience insights and cultural trends
 
 
 
 Skills
 
  - Strong ability to leverage innovative technology and digital strategies to support product communications goals
 
  - Understanding of regulatory, commercial and legal landscape governing pre-approval and post-approval pharma product communications
 
  - Comfort in data communications and translating science into meaningful messages for external audiences
 
  - Independent, self-starter with urgency and a results-oriented mindset
 
  - Effective collaboration with all organizational levels, including senior leaders and researchers
 
  - Detail-oriented, organizational, process and project management skills
 
  - Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
