Senior Manager, Procurement, Capital Engineering & Indirect Services
Major Responsibilities
- Drive procurement performance at Devens across capital and indirect categories to meet business objectives.
- Deliver financial impact via capital savings, cost avoidance, and early payment discounts.
- Lead/support risk assessments for Indirect & Engineering Services; complete BCP commitments.
- Support PRAM/TPRM processes and escalate indirect supply/quality issues.
- Partner with site management/engineering for supplier engagement (construction, operational build-out, strategic projects).
- Support QMS activities (ASL/AVP enhancement, implementation, monitoring).
- Contribute to Project Fusion and other strategic programs.
- Engage strategic suppliers locally; manage supplier relationships and align with global sourcing/SRM.
- Oversee contract creation/management (LOIs, SOWs, MSAs); maintain audit-ready governance/compliance.
- Build/maintain site-level indirect project pipeline; provide end-to-end Source-to-Contract.
- Use procurement/digital tools (SAP, Ariba, iCertis, Oracle, Sievo, Tableau, ServiceNow); support procure-to-pay, controls, compliance, and permitting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related); advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing/Category Management/Supply Chain/Engineering Operations; manufacturing capital/engineering/indirect experience desired (GMP preferred).
- ERP/procurement system experience (SAP/Ariba/iCertis).
- Financial analysis, budgeting, cost modeling, TCO.
- Risk management (BCP, PRAM/TPRM), supplier qualification, governance.
- Interpret quality/compliance/audit-readiness in regulated environments; strong communication/negotiation.
