Senior Manager - Portfolio Operations Lead

Role Summary

Senior Manager - Portfolio Operations Lead responsible for providing executive support for the delivery of alternative business models across Finance & Operations and for ad hoc strategic tasks within Alternative Model Execution Management (AMEM). Drive projects related to executive support of alternative business models and execute strategic initiatives across AMEM and Finance & Operations to advance the organization’s strategic aspirations. Ensure integrated, scalable processes and information flow within AMEM and with other internal functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in portfolio operations support for AMEM, including presentation development, task management, internal communication copy development
• Manage projects and tasks related to alternative model execution
• Coordinate efficient execution of ad-hoc strategic projects, leveraging both internal and external resources as needed
• Generate deliverables to educate and/or guide the relevant internal functions on evolving trends and insights and potential strategies to respond to identified changes
• Manage the development of presentations on behalf of the VP of Finance and Supply Chain and other materials to provide insights to various stakeholders (ET, BoD, ExecMan, GFLT, Brand teams)
• Work with the Sr. Director to translate enterprise strategy aspirations into scalable business systems and processes and define initiatives to reach those aspirations
• Manage and execute projects working closely with respective F&S and F&O LT members and their organizations to fulfill aspirations
• Communicate around strategic initiatives to the F&O organization and the broader enterprise

Qualifications

• Required: Minimum 4 years relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s or 2 years with an Advanced degree
• Required: Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Required: Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and project management skills; cross-functional collaboration in planning and execution
• Required: Ability to access and influence various functional areas and motivate groups to action without direct line management responsibility
• Required: Ability to utilize time effectively; sets priorities to manage multiple projects with time-sensitive deadlines
• Required: Proactive, high energy and driven to complete projects
• Required: Solution oriented
• Required: Ability to work independently
• Required: Excellent communication skills, especially targeted towards senior management

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree; Preferred focus in Business Management, Project Management, and Finance

Additional Requirements

• 0-10% overnight travel required
