Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement models, insights, and data products for patient services program strategy priorities by partnering with business analytics, business technology, Specialty Pharmacy Providers (SPP) stakeholders, and legal/compliance.
- Synthesize insights across secondary analytics, primary strategy, and stakeholder feedback to deliver recommendations.
- Identify KPIs to monitor and diagnose program performance across the patient journey.
- Maintain data governance standards for consistent metrics/business rules over time.
- Deliver integrated insights, program measurement analytics, reporting, and launch support.
- Monitor/manage research and analytics budgets; identify cost savings and ensure financial compliance.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and coding skills (Python, R, SQL, etc.) plus MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with secondary data analytics and primary market research methods.
- Experience monitoring, simulating, and analyzing complex data sets.
- Ability to assess vendor technical capabilities and manage analytics risks.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (quantitative/engineering).
- 6+ years’ experience in biopharma/analytics/strategic consulting/business (or related).
- 2+ years hands-on coding in SQL or similar tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS).
- Experience with pharma ecosystem datasets and patient services program components (e.g., affordability programs, access support, hub/prior authorization, retail/specialty/buy-and-bill workflows).
- Strong communication, customer service orientation, analytical/critical thinking, and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
