Role Responsibilities
- Lead performance reporting (brand sales, TRx/NPS, market share, attainment vs. targets) on weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences.
- Use secondary data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, specialty pharmacy, hub/SP) to identify trends, risks/opportunities, and connect insights to brand strategy.
- Analyze defined patient segments (demographics, lines of therapy, treatment setting, prior treatment) and apply subnational analytics to drive actionable conclusions.
- Maintain the Oncology LT Dashboard/enterprise reporting to ensure metrics are accurate, timely, and decision-ready.
- Proactively identify/analyze data anomalies and validate outputs for reliable insights.
- Serve as Padcev secondary data analytics partner; provide inputs for positioning, planning, and forecasting (demand trends, patient segment sizing, market share).
- Translate patient journey/access signals into commercial priorities; anticipate stakeholder questions.
- Leverage AI/tools to automate reporting and improve analytical methods; advocate for adoption.
- Guide vendor/internal partners; ensure consistent methodology/metrics across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (quant/business); Master’s preferred.
- 6+ years in biopharma/commercial analytics/strategic consulting.
- Experience with IQVIA/Symphony/specialty pharmacy secondary data.
- SQL, Python, or R; Snowflake (or comparable cloud) strongly preferred.
- Tableau/Power BI (or similar) for decision-oriented dashboards.
- Business-storytelling communication; comfort with AI; experience in matrixed environments.
Preferred
- Oncology brand analytics experience; urothelial landscape knowledge.
- Biomarker-driven segmentation, forecasting inputs, patient journey/HUB-SP/access metrics.
