Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights (Oncology | Padcev)

Role Responsibilities
- Lead performance reporting (brand sales, TRx/NPS, market share, attainment vs. targets) across weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences.
- Use secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, specialty pharmacy, hub/SP) to identify trends, risks/opportunities, and translate data into brand strategy decisions.
- Analyze performance by patient segments (demographics, lines of therapy, treatment setting, prior treatment history).
- Apply subnational analytics to identify geographic variation and surface actionable insights.
- Maintain the Oncology LT Dashboard and enterprise reporting to ensure Padcev metrics are accurate, timely, and decision-ready.
- Validate analytics, identify data anomalies, and ensure stakeholder-ready insights.
- Serve as secondary data analytics partner for the Padcev brand team; support brand positioning and strategic planning.
- Partner with forecasting teams for demand trends, patient segment sizing, and market share inputs.
- Anticipate stakeholder questions; translate complex outputs for non-technical leaders.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to automate reporting and accelerate insight generation; stay current on methods and advocate for adoption.
- Guide vendor/internal collaborators and ensure consistent portfolio metrics/methodology.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (quantitative/business); Master’s preferred.
- 6+ years in biopharma commercial analytics/strategic consulting.
- Experience with commercial secondary data (IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy).
- Proficient in SQL, Python, or R; Snowflake or comparable cloud preferred.
- Strong data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and dashboard design.
- Ability to communicate insights as business stories; comfort in matrixed environments.

Preferred
- Oncology brand analytics experience; urothelial cancer landscape knowledge.
- Biomarker-driven segmentation; forecasting inputs; patient journey/HUB-SP/access metrics.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit)
- Base salary: $124,400–$207,400; bonus target 17.5% of base; eligible for long-term incentive and comprehensive benefits.
