Senior Manager, People Experience, EHS Lead, Bothell

Role: Senior Manager, GWE People Experience, Environmental Health and Safety, responsible for developing and executing safety and environmental strategies across Pfizer’s Bothell campuses. Responsibilities include leading EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulations, overseeing site EHS management systems, conducting risk assessments, managing regulatory reporting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves stakeholder collaboration, talent development within the EHS team, and acting as the site’s Emergency Response Coordinator. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Engineering, or EHS discipline; 7-10 years of EHS experience in pharma, biotech, or chemical industries; thorough knowledge of jurisdictional EHS regulations; prior leadership of EHS teams; strong project management, communication, and influencing skills. Preferred: Master’s in related fields, EHS certifications, experience in regulated environments (GxP, GMP), and lean six sigma credentials. The position requires physical ability to work in laboratories, manufacturing, and utility areas, with periodic off-hours support and travel. Located onsite, with potential for occasional travel within the region.
