Senior Manager, Peer-to-Peer Education & Congresses

Role: Senior Manager, Peer-to-Peer Education & Congresses, responsible for developing and executing DBV’s HCP peer education and congress strategies for Viaskin Peanut, an epicutaneous immunotherapy for pediatric peanut allergy. Responsibilities include managing peer-to-peer programs—speaker bureau development, speaker training, and multi-format content creation—and leading the commercial congress strategy—exhibit management, congress programming, and TLL/KOL engagement. The role oversees content development, speaker recruitment, program planning, and compliance with industry guidelines, while tracking performance metrics for optimization. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications or related; 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales/marketing, with 2+ years in HCP marketing and peer strategy; experience managing speaker bureaus, congress presence, and vendor relationships. Preferred: immunology, allergy, or pediatric therapeutic background; proficiency with Veeva Vault or similar platforms; knowledge of PhRMA Code, OIG, Sunshine Act. Skills required include project management, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and data-driven decision-making. The position involves onsite work in Warren, NJ, with some travel, and emphasizes strong communication, organizational discipline, and regulatory compliance within a clinical-stage biopharma focused on immunologic diseases.
