Senior Manager, Peer-to-Peer Education & Congresses

Role: Senior Manager of Peer-to-Peer Education & Congresses overseeing the development and execution of HCP peer education strategies, speaker programs, and congress presence for DBV's pediatric peanut allergy therapy. Responsibilities: manage peer-to-peer promotional content, speaker recruitment and training, develop annual program plans, oversee congress strategies including exhibit and theater management, and ensure compliance with industry guidelines; track performance metrics to optimize programs. Requirements: Bachelor's in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related; 5+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles with 2+ years in HCP marketing; experience managing speaker bureaus, congress presence, and vendor relations; familiarity with immunology, allergy, or pediatric specialties preferred; proficiency with content management and CRM systems; deep knowledge of PhRMA Code, OIG, Sunshine Act.
