How you will contribute:
- Innovate and evaluate patient marketing strategic opportunities and capabilities in branded and unbranded channels.
- Lead implementation of patient promotional materials, messaging, and programming with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (HCP Marketing, CES, Digital/Omnichannel, Patient Services, Medical, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, Business Insights/Competitive Intelligence, Communications) to ensure patient marketing resources meet educational needs.
- Own and manage patient engagement programs (patient speaker identification/contracting, vendor management, logistics, program execution).
- Partner to develop content, coordinate patient speaker training, and drive program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with review/approval processes; represent initiatives at Promotional Review Team (PRT) meetings.
- Anticipate market/prescribing shifts and support current and future VWD needs.
- Lead lifecycle management and label-expansion patient engagement strategy as subject matter expert for cross-functional workstreams.
- Manage patient marketing/communication activities (leave-behinds, websites, omni-channel) and optimize via metrics.
- Partner with Commercial Learning & Development to develop education solutions for CES.
- Manage budgets per Finance/Leadership guidance; onboard team members and foster positive culture.
- Contribute to primary market research; align findings with brand/business needs.
- Create programs/communications to address unmet needs and help patients start and stay on therapy.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s required; Masterโ€™s or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in sales, patient and/or consumer marketing, or related commercial function in pharma/healthcare.
- Excellent project management.
- Ability to drive/manage promotional and regulatory meetings.
- Marketing strategy/tactic design; clear verbal/written communication to internal partners and external agencies.
- Leverage data/analytics for decision-making.
- Team player with self-awareness; results-oriented, detail-oriented, accurate, timely.
- Accountable; able to influence others without authority.
