The Role
Senior Manager, Patient Engagement Liaison (West territory).
Responsibilities
- Assess and tailor support based on individual patient needs (disease state, demographics, treatment stage).
- Communicate effectively with patients and care partners throughout the treatment journey.
- Coordinate across stakeholders (care partners, clinical practice staff; Patient Access Specialists; Field Reimbursement Managers).
- Track and document patient journeys in CRM systems (needs, sites of care, dosing schedules).
- Conduct timely follow-ups.
- Maintain knowledge of Genmab products and associated disease states.
- Educate patients and care partners with accurate, up-to-date clinical information.
- Complete and maintain required Adverse Event and Pharmacovigilance training.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker (ability/willingness to enhance medical Spanish proficiency).
- BSN required; Masterβs preferred.
- 6+ years of clinical oncology experience.
- Nurse navigation and/or OCN certification preferred.
- Preferred: pharmaceutical/patient support program experience, including CRM systems/virtual telephony, motivational interviewing, and patient/nurse support program delivery.

Additional Requirements
