Key Job Responsibilities:
- Implement franchise goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics to meet or exceed goals and drive sales.
- Support and drive the evolution of franchise culture.

- Lead total account management with Account Executives: develop/maintain strategic relationships with Top Movement Disorder Centers and selected accounts; educate on product benefits/risks per approved label; develop new business; maximize resource utilization; increase sales to achieve the assigned Parkinson’s product portfolio plan.
- Create, implement, and communicate strategic and tactical plans for targeted accounts; monitor/report sales progress; provide routine communications to internal/external stakeholders.
- Leverage resources and tools to maximize selling impact; apply an innovative yet compliant approach; model the way for Account Executives.
- Represent AbbVie with HCP and patient organizations; attend/participate in neurology meetings, conferences, patient programs, support groups, advocacy events; channel key information to internal partners/stakeholders (on-label and within OEC/Legal guidance).
- Remain current on clinical, market, and payer developments, trends, and issues specific to Parkinson’s Disease.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for entry into facilities/organizations in the assigned territory (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination).
- Drive a personal auto or company vehicle, or a powered piece of material handling equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field (preferred) or relevant/equivalent industry experience (required).
- Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
- Ability to assess the business environment and develop/execute responses to market opportunities.
- Must satisfy and maintain HCIR credentialing requirements; be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain credentials (may include background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination, fingerprinting, and state/city-specific licenses).
