Role: Lead Translational Medicine Operations for clinical biospecimen management within a biotech focused on targeted protein degradation, particularly immunological diseases. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end biospecimen lifecycle, manage central labs and vendors, develop operational strategies, ensure compliance, and troubleshoot sample issues across Phase IβIII trials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Biomarker Scientists, CROs, and external vendors, supporting site readiness, training, and data integrity. Requirements: 7β10+ years in Translational Medicine or Clinical Sample Management, with a Bachelor's in Life Sciences; advanced degrees preferred. Proven experience managing biospecimens in early to late-phase immunology trials, including sample handling, assay support, and vendor oversight. High-Value: immunology, early-phase (Phase IβII) clinical trials, biomarker platforms (flow cytometry, genomics, IHC), GCP/ICH compliance, experience with assay validation and tech transfers.
