The Senior Manager, Operational Risk Management enhances Quality Risk Management (QRM) capabilities across the product lifecycle within GxPs.
Responsibilities
- Driving QRM process optimization
- Integration, adoption, and continuous improvement through procedural writing, capability building, and data analysis
- Designing and executing QRM certification programs
- Co-chairing best practice meetings
- Supporting external engagement and regulatory intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry (2+ in risk management leadership)
- Expertise in GMP compliance and QRM methodologies
