Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director, OpEx Devens Biologics Operations, the OpEx Senior Manager develops, implements, manages, and upskills employees using OpEx programs to identify cost savings, increase process efficiency, and drive continuous improvement at the Devens Biologics Operations site.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead OpEx programs to improve process efficiency, reduce operating costs, and improve cycle times.
- Improve ideation intake (Value Capture), the Continuous Improvement Framework, and OpEx Road Map execution.
- Build a coaching/sponsorship framework for leaders to drive site continuous improvement.
- Strengthen OpEx capabilities via Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green/Black Belt Projects and certifications.
- Coordinate training/coaching for Project Management, Change Management, Agile/Scrum, and Problem-Solving.
- Embed foundational skills (5S, Gemba Walks, Visual Management, Process Maps, Standard Work, Kaizens, problem solving).
- Assess Tier and Obeya meetings to find improvement opportunities aligned to site strategy.
- Manage the continuous improvement project portfolio with PMO (cost/benefit analysis).
- Develop/enhance KPIs with Operations and Digital Plant (IT); support Kaizen events and OpEx initiatives.

Qualifications / Skills
- Excellence in business change management and project management.
- Strong communication/presentation, stakeholder influence, facilitation, and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Comfortable in a matrix; flexible/adaptable; prioritize/manage multiple assignments.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt (required); Agile/Scrum Master (strongly preferred); PMI PMP (plus).
- Bachelor’s in engineering/related (highly desired); 5+ years GxP biopharmaceutical production/manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Strong cGMP/regulatory knowledge; cross-functional experience (manufacturing, quality, engineering, MS&T, IT, finance, PMO, Biologics Development).
- Proficient Microsoft tools; deep Lean/Six Sigma coaching capability.

Compensation / Benefits (as stated)
- Devens, MA: $137,790–$166,973; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
