Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the digital SME & business partner to the US Marketing & Sales Team and cross-functional teams.
- Integrate omnichannel strategies into the product brand plan, supporting complex launch environments across multiple brands and/or indications.
- Shape tactical plans and execute prioritized tactics, including development and execution of multi-indication launch plans.
- Lead with data: ensure data capture and measurement strategies are designed at onset.
- Account for key stakeholder perspectives (Ops, Privacy, Data Science, Regulatory, IT) early—especially in dynamic regulatory environments (e.g., accelerated approvals).
- Drive omnichannel strategy and execution across concurrent launch timelines, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and resource optimization.
- Develop innovative ways of working to deliver an ideal customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and promotional opportunities; promote best practices.
- Define KPIs and report through US Marketing & Sales Team.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned to launch readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years relevant professional experience (Pharma/Biotech) required.
- Oncology marketing/therapeutic area experience preferred.
- Deep digital & omnichannel execution experience across core channels required.
- Experience in complex launch environments (multi-brand/indication launches, multi-indication strategies, accelerated approval timelines).
- Understanding of cross-functional interdependencies for complex omnichannel efforts.
- Knowledge of marketing operations, data operations, and data privacy.
- Experience leading marketing technologies (web/mobile/app, automation, performance & insights, compliance) required.
- Proven cross-functional and multi-project capabilities; resourceful, decisive, proactive.
- Startup/emerging pharma/new team experience preferred.
