Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and ongoing governance of a new Tilray Beverage Sales & Operations Planning function.
- Own and facilitate the end-to-end S&OP process; drive alignment across commercial, supply chain, finance, and operations across multiple facilities, product categories, and selling regions.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment, visibility, and responsiveness to supply risks, inventory drivers, production constraints, and commercial priorities.
- Drive process standardization, system integration, and digitalization initiatives to enhance visibility, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Foster transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across S&OP and the broader supply chain organization.
- Coach, train, recruit, and onboard team members; support talent development and career progression.
- Develop and evolve KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools to support S&OP and performance improvement.
- Present clear S&OP reports and recommendations to senior leadership using integrated commercial, operational, and financial insights.
- Lead scenario planning, risk assessments, and business insights for executive decision-making and contingency planning.
- Manage a high-performing team for integrated demand and supply planning, inventory management, and execution alignment.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning through process discipline and data quality.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics (forecast accuracy, OTIF delivery, production plan attainment, inventory levels) and optimize cost, efficiency, and service levels.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, S&OP, demand planning, or related functions in beverage alcohol, CPG, or manufacturing.
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
- Proven track record implementing/managing S&OP or IBP in complex, multi-brand, multi-channel environments.
- Advanced analytical skills (statistical forecasting, scenario modeling, data visualization).
- Strong business acumen linking operational planning to financial outcomes and strategy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and other general Microsoft applications (advanced capability preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools (e.g., Power BI, OneLake, Fabric, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform) is highly valued.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management (team development, succession planning, change management).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable driving transformation and continuous improvement; relevant certifications (IBF, APICS, or similar) strongly preferred.

Compensation:
- Starting at $105,000 per annum (based on experience).
