Role: Senior Manager of GxP Learning and Development at Allogene, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to ensure GxP compliance, regulatory alignment, and support employee growth. Responsibilities include developing technical and business training materials, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), collaborating with functional managers to identify training needs, and generating compliance reports.
