Main Responsibilities:
- Advance how Sanofi measures, interprets, and acts on omnichannel performance across North America.
- Move beyond vanity metrics to insight-led measurement that improves investment, customer engagement, and commercial decisions.
- Partner with Media, Brand, CRM, Web, Analytics, agency, and offshore teams to define KPIs, lead performance storytelling, shape test-and-learn agendas, and apply AI-enabled analytics.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead development/governance of NA omnichannel commercial measurement standards (media, CRM, web, search, customer journey).
- Define KPI frameworks separating activity metrics vs. diagnostics vs. optimization signals vs. business-impact measures.
- Create measurement plans from brand/channel objectives; ensure storytelling answers what happened/why/what it means/what action to take.
- Influence dashboard design, reporting requirements, tagging priorities, and measurement usability with digital/analytics teams.
- Direct offshore analytics resources; partner to identify trends, journey gaps, and cross-channel learnings.
- Shape test-and-learn (design, KPI alignment, readout standards, learning capture, scale recommendations).
- Use AI, automation, and advanced analytics to speed/raise quality of insights.
- Serve as analytics counterpart to agencies/vendors; ensure accurate, standardized, brand-aligned deliverables.
- Upskill partners; support GTMC transformation by improving measurement/reporting/operating model.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years in omnichannel/marketing performance analytics.
- Experience with KPI frameworks, measurement plans, executive reporting, test-and-learn.
- Strong data-to-insight synthesis for senior leaders; omnichannel channel experience.
- Partnering with data science/engineering; hands-on SQL.
- Familiarity with GA, Sprinklr/brand listening, Jira, Power BI, Tableau (or similar).

Nice to Have:
- Python; regulated industry (pharma/healthcare); experience leading offshore analytics.
