Main Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, NA Omnichannel Performance Analytics & Insights will advance how Sanofi measures, interprets, and acts on omnichannel performance across North America—moving beyond vanity metrics to insight-led measurement that helps brands optimize investment, improve customer engagement, and make faster commercial decisions.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead development and governance of NA omnichannel measurement standards across media, CRM, web, search, and customer journey performance.
- Define KPI frameworks and reporting principles (activity, diagnostic, optimization signals, and business-impact measures).
- Translate brand and channel objectives into measurement plans.
- Own quality and consistency of omnichannel performance storytelling (what happened, why, meaning, and actions).
- Partner with Digital and central analytics teams on dashboards, reporting requirements, data interpretation, tagging, and measurement usability.
- Direct offshore analytics resources to scale reporting, dashboard QA, analysis, and cross-brand support.
- Identify performance trends, journey gaps, and optimization opportunities with Media, CRM, Web, Search, Brand, and agencies.
- Shape omnichannel test-and-learn agenda (design, KPI alignment, readouts, learning capture, scale recommendations).
- Use AI-enabled tools/automation/advanced analytics to accelerate insights and improve decision speed and quality.
- Serve as a business analytics counterpart to agency/vendor partners; ensure standardized, insight-led deliverables.
- Lead upskilling on analytics standards, insight development, reporting interpretation, and executive storytelling.
- Support GTMC transformation by identifying measurement/reporting/operating model improvements.
About You
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years in omnichannel/marketing/media/CRM/web analytics or related.
- Experience with KPI frameworks, measurement plans, scorecards, executive reporting, and test-and-learn measurement.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior leaders.
- Cross-channel experience (paid media, CRM/email, web, search, TV, digital engagement, customer journey).
- Partnering with data science/engineering to improve data usability.
- Hands-on SQL.
- Familiarity with tools such as GA, Sprinklr/brand listening, Jira, Power BI, Tableau (or similar).
Nice to Have
- Python preferred.
- Regulated industry experience (pharma/healthcare strongly preferred).
- Experience managing/directing offshore analytics, agencies, vendors, or matrixed resources.
