Senior Manager, Medical Operations and Product Sciences

Role: Senior Manager in Medical Operations and Product Sciences focused on ex-US Medical Affairs for PAN-CAR T therapies. Objectives: support global and regional strategies, product launch readiness, and scientific engagement for CAR T products in various stages of development and post-approval use. Responsibilities: execute global pan-CAR T strategies; support site onboarding, training, and launch activities; manage nonconforming product and special treatment scenarios; collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams; foster external relationships with KOLs and stakeholders; contribute to evidence generation, communication, and digital innovation efforts. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent; 2-3+ years in clinical or industry roles, with expertise in cellular therapy or hematological malignancies preferred; strong data interpretation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. High-Value: Cell therapy, CAR T (Breyanzi, Abecma, arlo-cel, zola-cel), global clinical and launch activities, scientific strategy, troubleshooting nonconformance, stakeholder engagement. Work setup: hybrid or remote, with approximately 20% travel globally.
