Senior Manager, Medical Information (Medical Affairs)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee RightFind Enterprise (RFE) reference platform and manage questions for the organization.
- Manage reprint requests and reactive HCP inquiries for GMI.
- Provide training/support for RFE access (Insight report required), communicate with new trainees, and maintain shared libraries.
- Guide colleagues on copyright questions (with Legal support).
- Troubleshoot RFE issues with vendor resolution; support subject-matter experts.
- Verify weekly open access (OA) article reporting; order commercial copies as needed; obtain final pre-pub and final published articles and share with end-users.
- Manage collaborative agreements for cost savings (monitor project end dates and remove agreements when projects end).
- Track latest Copyright Clearance Center training/updates.
- Schedule copyright compliance activities and update RFE trainings.
- Assist Associate Director with oversight of invoices and PO fund availability.
- Support UpToDate/subscription inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field.
- 6+ years relevant experience (library science and copyright insights within pharma).

Skills/Requirements:
- Strong collaboration in cross-functional environments.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Analytical/problem-solving skills; urgency and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrate core competencies: Collaboration, Accountability, Passion, Respect, Integrity.

Nice to Have:
- 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology company.

Work Details:
- Fully remote; minimal travel for team meetings/events.
