Senior Manager, Medical Affairs External Funding Operations

Role: Senior Manager, Medical Affairs External Funding Operations, overseeing Revolution Medicines' external funding programs including IME, advocacy sponsorships, charitable donations, and related activities. Responsibilities: develop and manage the end-to-end operational framework, ensure compliance, optimize grants management systems, coordinate funding requests and approvals, support GRC meetings, oversee budgets and payments, and maintain documentation for audits and reporting. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Medical Strategy teams to improve processes, develop reports, and ensure adherence to industry regulations. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 5-7+ years in Medical Affairs operations, grants management, healthcare compliance, preferably within oncology; experience managing external funding programs; knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (e.g., ACCME, PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act); strong program ownership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency in grants systems, data reporting, and financial management.
