About the Role:
Design data-driven omnichannel media strategies to maximize brand growth and customer engagement for DTC and HCP media strategies, ensuring strategic alignment, compliance, and performance accountability across internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel strategy: Design holistic DTC and HCP media plans aligned to brand goals; manage spend across upper/lower funnel engagement, channel mix, and budget.
- Media buying: Oversee media buying and placement to ensure effective campaign execution, audience prioritization, and deliverable fulfillment.
- Agency/Vendor: Lead media agency partners; maximize MROI by managing performance, fostering innovation, providing independent perspective, and maintaining strong top-to-top relationships.
- Orchestration: Coordinate deployment across field and digital channels across related campaigns; collaborate with brand leads and scrum teams to ensure placement aligns to strategy.
- Cross-channel planning: Plan and optimize cross-channel media investments/budget by defining channel roles, sequencing, and investment mix to support upper/lower funnel conversion.
- Performance measurement: Establish measurement plans (e.g., KPIs) and test-and-learn frameworks; partner with I&A for analytics to translate insights into actions.
- Procurement: Support media RFP design with procurement and internal Media CoE.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; preferred advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or related).
- 7+ years digital media planning experience with omnichannel ownership in pharma/healthcare.
- Leadership of media teams; experience in regulated pharma environments.
- Strong commercial acumen; structured, data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration across analytics, brand, and agencies; ability to navigate Medical and Commercial priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Omnichannel media planning across HCP and DTC; media agency leadership/performance management.
- Content development strategy/execution knowledge; pharma content lifecycle management.
- Understanding of MMM, MROI, incrementality testing frameworks.
