Senior Manager, MAKE Excellence JJOS Deployment: Responsible for deploying and implementing the Johnson & Johnson Operating System (JJOS), leading Lean Six Sigma capability building and business improvement across the Supply Chain organization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead JJOS interventions (diagnostics, workshops, kaizen events) to identify data-driven improvement opportunities.
- Lead JJOS delivery (Design, Plan and Execute) to generate value and build local team capabilities.
- Follow up on value generation and support JJOS delivery roadmap execution.
- Mentor site JJOS leads and plant managers to capture operational and financial impact.
- Use the JJOS playbook (Diagnose, Confirm, Design, Plan, Implement, Sustain) and ensure standardized processes and milestones are met.
- Drive adoption of validated new tools.
- Manage work streams: deliver phase reports (diagnostics, design packs, TIPs), supporting analysis/evidence, ensure technical quality, and link TIPs/milestones to diagnosed value.
- Ensure area/plant metrics track and reinforce improvement; integrate solutions into local programs and sustain continuous improvement.
- Deliver basic/advanced Lean & Six Sigma training (onsite/virtual); maintain curriculum/materials/assessments.
- Coach/develop Black Belts and project leaders to certification standard; evaluate progress and report outcomes.

Qualifications/Experience:
- 8+ years Supply Chain experience (Plan/Make/Deliver) with cross-functional exposure.
- 7+ years in process improvement; facilitate teams and lead large-scale projects.
- Track record delivering improvement projects at Black Belt level.
