Responsibilities
- Deploy and implement the Johnson & Johnson Operating System (JJOS) and lead Lean Six Sigma capability building and business improvement across the Supply Chain organization.
- Deploy JJOS Business Process Standards across MedTech and Innovative Medicines segments/franchises from support request through sustainable value generation (Cost, Cash & Service), partnering with PLAN, SOURCE, and DELIVER; integrate innovative technologies to build supply chain capabilities.
- Lead JJOS interventions (diagnostics, workshops, kaizen events) to find data-driven improvement opportunities.
- Lead JJOS delivery (Design, Plan and Execute) to generate value and build local team capabilities; follow up to support roadmap execution and capture operational/financial impact.
- Use the JJOS playbook (Diagnose, Confirm, Design, Plan, Implement, Sustain); ensure standardized process adherence and milestone completion; foster adoption of validated new tools.
- Manage workstreams (phase reports, supporting analysis/evidence); ensure technical quality, review TIPs, ensure metrics reinforce improvement, and integrate solutions into ongoing programs; ensure a continuous improvement system.
- Provide Lean/Six Sigma basic and advanced training (maintain curriculum/materials/assessments) and coach/develop Black Belts and project leaders to certification standard; evaluate progress and report monthly.
- Make fact-based decisions; cultivate stakeholder partnerships; support/lead actions improving SCE services through digital/innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years related experience in Supply Chain (Plan, Make, or Deliver) with cross-functional exposure.
- 7+ years in process improvement roles facilitating teams and running large-scale projects; track record delivering improvement projects at Black Belt level.
Required/Preferred Skills
- Hands-on JJOS delivery methodology; strong Lean and Six Sigma tools and structured problem solving.
- Training/coaching experience (Black Belts/Green Belts); influence without line authority.
- Business/financial acumen (business cases, financial impact, value realization).
- Excellent written/verbal communication; facilitation and workshop leadership.
