What Youβll Do
- Serve as SAFe Product Manager for Veeva Vault PromoMats, owning product roadmap and backlog
- Lead governance and continuous improvement of the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process
- Drive strategy and execution for CLM content design standards, optimization, and ways of working
- Manage and develop the Marketing Operations Manager (Digital Asset Manager)
- Partner with agencies to streamline asset submissions and ensure compliance with biotech standards
- Evaluate new technologies and industry trends, leading POCs and roadmap recommendations
- Collaborate with Commercial, IT, Legal/Regulatory, Field Ops, and Marketing Operations stakeholders
- Maintain workflows, triggers, approval levels, and user access governance within Vault
- Develop reports, metrics, dashboards, and insights to support business decision-making
- Lead release readiness for Veeva updates, assessing business impact, training, and adoption
Who You Are
- Strategic, hands-on product leader with deep expertise in marketing operations and commercial systems within biotech or pharma; thrives in matrixed environments and communicates across technical and business teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in marketing operations, commercial operations, or product management
- Deep experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and PRC workflows
- SAFe Agile certification (e.g., SAFe POPM)
- Strong understanding of CLM strategy, content lifecycle, and DAM best practices
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Vendor and managed services oversight experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences organizations
- Familiarity with modular content and content factory models
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, or life sciences
