Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

Role: Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at Kiniksa, focusing on seamless execution of brand strategies for ARCALYST (rilonacept) in cardiovascular indications. Responsibilities: manage vendor operations for speaker bureau and program logistics, develop communications, support peer-to-peer strategy, oversee promotional material review, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle data management and platform integration (Veeva). Also, manage print/fulfillment processes, support budget activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, legal, regulatory, and external agencies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech, including 1+ years in Marketing Operations or project management; experience with external speaker bureaus, Veeva PromoMats, and vendor management. Preferred: strong project management skills, vendor oversight experience, and excellent communication. High-Value: focus on pharma marketing operations, compliance, promotional material review, and vendor/vendor platform management within a biopharma setting. Work Setup: onsite in Lexington, MA, five days a week.
