Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Events

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual event experience strategy aligned to business objectives and brand priorities.
- Partner with Brand and Digital Marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact event experiences (congresses, tradeshows, customer programs, virtual events) that generate qualified leads.
- Define event KPIs; manage budgets, vendors, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time/on-budget delivery.
- Ensure event content and messaging meet premium brand standards and relevant compliance requirements.
- Coordinate event amplification across digital channels (email/social) for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Sales/Digital for CRM (Salesforce) lead capture, campaign tracking, and post-event nurturing; build Salesforce dashboards to track registrations, MQL/SQLs, pipeline, and ROI.
- Analyze performance (attendance, lead quality, ROI, satisfaction, field feedback) and produce quarterly/annual reporting and recommendations.
- Serve as liaison with Sales; conduct field travel; advise Brand Managers with insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field.
- 8+ years in event marketing/marketing operations (medical device/aesthetics/healthcare preferred).
- Proven end-to-end event planning/execution and leadership of national/regional conferences and tradeshows.
- Strong financial acumen (cost containment, vendor negotiation, ROI-driven planning).
- Hands-on Salesforce experience; proficiency with tools like Asana, Cvent, Airtable, Smartsheet.
- Strong cross-functional communication, leadership, and project management; travel up to 35%.

- Experience in the aesthetics industry or premium healthcare segment.
