Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics (Dermatology Franchise)

Major Responsibilities:
- Analyze physician, patient, account, and competitive data at national and sub-national levels to build the market landscape, identify unmet needs, and surface opportunities to inform launch strategy (data foundation, reporting infrastructure, analytics environment).
- Drive the market learning agenda by conducting analytics on patient journeys, disease awareness, treatment patterns, and competitive dynamics; translate findings into actionable, launch-ready recommendations.
- Design end-to-end analytics frameworks for complex sales/marketing questions (hypothesis, data sourcing, reporting setup, infrastructure build, execution and measurement).
- Support brand planning and financial forecasting via analytical inputs into annual plan, long-range plan, and monthly estimates.
- Use sophisticated analytic models to address launch questions while meeting business and technical criteria (e.g., cost/risk/business impact; reliability/validity/predictability).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated analytics.
- Lead contract support and external suppliers to enhance advanced modeling/analytic methods and accelerate market understanding.
- (Post-launch) Optimize promotional investments; conduct marketing mix analysis; measure KPI/ROI; manage performance across personal and non-personal promotional channels.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (marketing/sales/quantitative analysis preferred); advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years relevant quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information; pharma/biotech experience a plus.
- Strong analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, business acumen, problem-solving creativity; experience with Analytics/Machine Learning.
- Advanced experience with 3rd-party pharma data (e.g., IQVIA/SHS Sales Data such as APLD, DDD, Xponent, NSP, NPA) and specialty pharmacy data; experience across analytic domains (promo optimization, digital, launch support).
- Deep hands-on expertise with analytical methods/tools (including machine learning).
- Strong communication/influencing; agility, project management, prioritization; vendor management; ability to collaborate/influence in a matrixed organization; motivated with positive attitude under tight timelines.
