Tech Lead, Market Access & Patient Support Services β Responsibilities:
- Partner with capability owner to design solutions; translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and executable tasks.
- Translate capability roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans; assess feasibility, dependencies, risks.
- Lead technical delivery for Patient Services Platforms; hands-on building, configuration, and integration.
- Provide deep Salesforce expertise (declarative customization: objects, validation rules, OWD, profiles/roles, approvals, permission sets, flows/process builder; Salesforce Shield; Service Cloud/Experience Cloud; Apex/classes/triggers, batch/email services; LWC/Aura; Flow/Process tools).
- Integration/development with REST APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Streaming APIs; use Salesforce DX, Git/GitHub, VS Code, CI/CD.
- Lead agile ceremonies; guide scalable/secure/compliant solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
- Partner with business/IT security/vendor teams for security, regulatory compliance; organize vendors; mentor engineers; resolve cross-team technical challenges.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorβs in CS/engineering/IS or related.
- 7+ years in software engineering/technical architecture/enterprise platforms (or equivalent experience); 2+ years as Tech Lead.
- Enterprise-scale digital platform delivery; Agile product development experience.
- Strong Patient Service Support Platforms/Patient CRM understanding; knowledge of patient data security/compliance and REMS processes.
- Experience mentoring developers/vendor partners; works in matrix organizations.
Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry; experience with Global Capability/enterprise platform teams; rare disease/specialty brands.
Working requirements: 10β20% travel.
