As the Manager of Compound Management at Recursion, you will be a pivotal leader in our mission to decode biology to radically improve lives. You will guide a team that serves as the foundation of our drug discovery platform, managing our extensive inventory of compounds and reagents with meticulous attention to detail. You'll collaborate with our interdisciplinary teams of biologists, engineers, and data scientists to enhance and develop processes that drive efficiency and success. Your role will be instrumental in scaling our operations to support our ever-growing high-throughput screening capabilities.
You will be leading the Compound Management team, a growing and collaborative group at the heart of Recursion's discovery engine. This team is responsible for the critical task of provisioning drug candidates and reagents for our R&D laboratories, working with state-of-the-art robotic platforms and laboratory automation. You will join a fast-paced and innovative environment where you'll work on multiple projects simultaneously, contributing directly to our mission of bringing new therapeutics to patients faster.
This is an office-based position at our US headquarters located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Employees are expected to work in the office 100% of the time.
At Recursion, we believe that every employee should be compensated fairly. Based on the skill and level of experience required for this role, the estimated current annual base range for this role is $118,600 to $173,000 (USD). You will also be eligible for an annual bonus and equity compensation, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
