Senior Manager, KOL & External Engagement Platforms Technical Lead

Role: Lead technical development for KOL & External Engagement Platforms within Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Customer Operations. Objectives: design, build, and deliver scalable, compliant engagement solutions supporting interactions with HCPs, patients, and caregivers. Responsibilities: collaborate with product owners and architects to develop technical roadmaps, translate business needs into technical specifications, lead solutions involving platforms like Veeva Events Portal and SpotMe, ensure integration with CRM and analytics systems, and oversee vendor partnerships. Provide cross-functional technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to compliance and security standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in a technical field, 7+ years in customer engagement or digital health domains, with 2+ years in a leadership role managing developers. Expertise in enterprise digital platforms, system integration, and healthcare compliance is essential. Preferred: experience in pharma or healthcare, especially in rare or specialty diseases, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
