Role: Global Capability Owner for KOL & External Engagement Platforms, leading product strategy and delivery within Jazz's customer engagement ecosystem. Responsibilities: define product vision aligned with franchise priorities, develop and prioritize a roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, apply user insights to optimize platform capabilities, monitor adoption and performance metrics, and manage product documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field; 6+ years in pharmaceutical or regulated healthcare industries, with experience managing digital products, engagement platforms, and vendor solutions like SpotMe and VDE. High-Value: focus on enterprise-grade event and engagement management for KOLs, HCPs, patients, healthcare organizations; experience with compliance, workflow design, and platform configuration impacting program efficiency and audit readiness; working knowledge of Agile, tools like JIRA and Confluence, and emerging AI or automation technologies. Collaboration involves cross-functional teams across global markets, including product, technical, and commercial stakeholders. Work setup anticipates 20-30% travel.
