Knowledge Systems – Senior Manager (BMS)

Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the Analytics Assets Life Cycle; deploy, monitor, and automate analytics assets in production for reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Set up CI pipelines to automate testing, validation, and deployment.
- Implement automated monitoring and alerting for disruptions/anomalies.
- Collaborate with data engineers/scientists to integrate data/model requirements into production.
- Troubleshoot deployment, performance, and scalability issues.
- Develop governance policies for data management, model development, and analytics deployment; scale best practices.
- Implement robust security measures to protect data assets.
- Improve processes/structures/knowledge; analyze current state and deliver recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience / Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years deploying/managing models in production.
- Lead initiatives in continuous improvement/MLOps; independently works and leads a cross-functional team.
- Strong ML principles and model lifecycle management.
- Programming: Python, PySpark, SQL, Bash/PowerShell.
- ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Cloud: AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud; containers: Docker, Kubernetes.
- CI/CD: Jenkins/GitLab CI/CircleCI; version control: Git.
- Monitoring/logging: CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK.
- Strong problem-solving and communication.

- Devens, MA: $148,480–$179,920; New Brunswick, NJ: $134,980–$163,564.
